1. Overview of Services

Asset Shark ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides an information research service that assists judgment holders in locating publicly available and legally obtainable information about debtors' assets. Our services include research reports on bank accounts, employment information, real property, and vehicle ownership.

Important: Asset Shark is an information service only. We do not provide legal advice, debt collection services, or enforcement actions. We do not garnish wages, levy bank accounts, or seize property. The information we provide is intended to assist you and your legal counsel in pursuing legitimate collection efforts through proper legal channels.

2. Eligibility and Permitted Use

Our services are available only to individuals or entities who hold a valid, enforceable court judgment against a debtor. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legitimate holder of a valid court judgment, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of a judgment holder
• The judgment you submit is authentic, unaltered, and currently enforceable
• You have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all applicable laws to obtain debtor information
• You will use the information solely for lawful debt collection purposes related to your judgment
• You will not use our services for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose

3. Service Description and Limitations

Asset Shark provides research reports containing information compiled from various public and proprietary data sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Our reports are informational only. They do not constitute legal documents, court orders, or authority to take any collection action. You are responsible for verifying all information and consulting with qualified legal counsel before taking any action based on our reports.

4. Pricing and Payment

Each asset search is priced at $99. Payment is not required upfront. After we complete your search, you will receive notification that your report is ready. Payment is required to download and access your completed report.

Bundle discounts may be available for multiple searches ordered together. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our information services, all sales are final once a report has been generated and delivered. If our search returns no results for a particular asset category, you are not obligated to pay for that specific search.

If you believe there is an error in your report, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your report. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may provide a corrected report or refund.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
• Upload authentic judgment documents
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Not share, resell, or redistribute our reports
• Maintain the confidentiality of any information received

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSET SHARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asset Shark, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
